本政策说明 NPD避雷针如何收集、使用、存储与保护你的信息。我们的核心原则是「本地优先」：你的记录默认只存在于你自己的设备上，不上传至我们的服务器。
你主动输入的内容：锚点日记、澄清镜中粘贴的对话文本与上传的截图、离开的理由、练习记录、应用设置偏好。
订阅状态：来自 App Store / Google Play 的会员状态（用于解锁功能），我们不会经手你的支付卡信息。
我们不会要求你提供姓名、手机号、邮箱或任何可直接识别你身份的信息。
在设备本地生成日记、证据拱廊、分析报告与恢复练习；AI 用于识别沟通模式并给出反馈。
我们不会用你的个人内容投放广告或进行用户画像。
本地数据以加密方式存储在你的设备（iOS 钥匙串 / Android 加密存储，并叠加应用层加密）。隐私锁（PIN 与面容 / 触控 ID）保护应用入口；忘记密码会清空本机全部数据。
AI 分析（澄清镜）：当你使用「澄清镜」时，你提交的对话文本与截图会实时发送给 AI 服务商 DeepSeek（deepseek.com，第三方 AI 服务商），以生成模式识别结果。分析完成后我们不会保存原始对话（即析即焚）。
AI 练习（练习场）：当你使用「练习场」时，你选择的场景设定与每一轮输入的回应会实时发送给同一 AI 服务商（DeepSeek），由其扮演对话方并给出反馈。内容仅用于当前回合，不留存。
授权与同意：在首次使用上述任一 AI 功能前，应用会明确展示本说明并取得你的同意。你可在不同意的情况下继续使用本地功能（日记、证据、图书馆等），但 AI 分析与练习将无法运行。
第三方保护：DeepSeek 作为数据接收方，对其处理的用户数据提供不低于本政策的保护标准。除生成本次分析结果所必需外，我们与 DeepSeek 均不会将你的对话内容用于广告、用户画像或模型训练以外的其他目的。
订阅与支付：通过苹果 / 谷歌应用商店完成，支付由平台处理，我们仅获取订阅状态。云同步（VIP，可选）：若你开启「云同步备份」，相关数据会传输至我们的同步服务以便多设备恢复；你可随时关闭。除上述目的及法律要求外，我们不会向任何第三方出售或共享你的个人信息。
本地数据保留在你的设备上，直至你主动删除或卸载。云同步数据在关闭同步后按约定删除。你有权随时访问、导出或删除自己的本地数据。
本应用内容涉及亲密关系创伤，不面向未成年人。未满 18 周岁的用户请在监护人指导下使用。

This policy explains how Narcissist Check (NPD避雷针) collects, uses, stores, and protects your information. Our core principle is "local-first": your records stay on your own device by default and are not uploaded to our servers.
Content you enter: anchor diary entries, conversation text and screenshots you paste/upload in Clarity Mirror, reasons you write, practice records, and app preferences.
Subscription status from the App Store / Google Play (used to unlock features); we never handle your payment card details.
We do not ask for your name, phone number, email, or any directly identifying information.
We generate diaries, the evidence gallery, analysis reports, and recovery practice locally on your device; AI is used to recognize communication patterns and provide feedback.
We do not use your personal content for advertising or user profiling.
Local data is stored encrypted on your device (iOS Keychain / Android encrypted storage, with an additional app-layer encryption). A privacy lock (PIN and Face / Touch ID) protects app entry; forgetting the PIN erases all local data.
AI analysis (Clarity Mirror): when you use Clarity Mirror, the conversation text and screenshots you submit are sent in real time to our third-party AI provider, DeepSeek (deepseek.com), to generate pattern-recognition results. After analysis we do not retain the original conversation (burned immediately).
AI practice (Practice Field): when you use the Practice Field, the scene you choose and each reply you enter are sent in real time to the same AI provider (DeepSeek). Content is used only for the current round and is not retained.
Consent: before you use any of the above AI features for the first time, the app clearly presents this notice and obtains your consent. Local features remain usable without consent, but AI analysis and practice will not run.
Third-party protection: DeepSeek, as the data recipient, protects your data to a standard at least equivalent to this policy. Except as necessary to generate the results, neither we nor DeepSeek use your conversation content for advertising, user profiling, or model training. Subscriptions & payments are handled by Apple / Google; cloud sync (VIP, optional) transmits data to our sync service only if you enable it.
Local data remains on your device until you delete it or uninstall the app. Cloud-sync data is deleted as agreed after you turn sync off. You may access, export, or delete your local data at any time.
This app deals with intimate-relationship trauma and is not intended for minors. Users under 18 should use it under guardian supervision.
